It is a delight working being with the children. There is no dull moments being with them. Every individual child needs to be dealt in a way which never the same. There is always a new learning experiences unfold each day. I believe that children are our future. I love being one of the people who will inspire their young minds, expose them to the joys of learning and give them the foundation for lifelong success.

因为热爱幼儿教育，并认为幼儿园里的基础教育，创意性的学与教活动，可以帮助幼儿在成长过程中能全面活泼地发展。我认为教师是幼儿学习活动的“引导者”，把自己的知识与技能传承给下一代。我会竭力所能，尽忠职守，负起培养幼儿学习能力并完成家长付托的使命。

因为我喜欢孩子的天真无邪，活泼灵动；跟孩子一起玩耍时仿佛回到那无忧无虑的童年所以我选当幼师。我热爱自己的工作，这样工作起来才有动力，才能甘愿无私付出把工作做好。我们每天都要面对孩子们，他们就像一张白纸等待我们用爱心，耐心和责任心去填写和对待一些琐碎的事情。

Teaching preschool is very rewarding as this is a very crucial part of every child's life. They will NOT ONLY learn how to read and write but learn how to become good individuals. Modelling behaviour IS the best way to teach the children. The simplest and most consistent way of saying kind words such as "thank you" , "please" and "excuse me" will definitely train the children to be polite.
